Becky
Becky is the Director of Devon and Cornwall Aesthetics Academy, and is also a trainer. Becky first trained with the academy five years ago and has since built a thriving aesthetics clinic in Plymouth. You can also find her sharing her expertise at the renowned Eden Clinic.
With a background as a registered NMC nurse since 2016 and a qualified Nurse prescriber, Becky continues to work part-time in the NHS, showing her dedication to patient care. Her true passion? Delivering natural, confidence-boosting results that enhance each client’s unique beauty.
Becky also loves sharing her wealth of knowledge and skills with her students, helping them develop their own successful careers in aesthetics. Her expertise and passion make her an incredible mentor and leader.
Heather
Heather is the training coordinator who ensures the day to day running of the academy runs smoothly. All enquires and course bookings are dealt with by Heather as well as coordinating all training programmes for delegates.
Heather has an extensive background in managerial roles including HR management within the NHS and most recently working in aesthetics where she ran a busy clinic in south Devon.
Anna
Anna is a Level 7 qualified Aesthetics Nurse Prescriber and the owner of Exthetics, an award-winning, Save Face Platinum-accredited clinic based in Exeter. With five years of experience in aesthetic medicine, Anna is known for her ethical, patient-centred approach and commitment to delivering natural results. She has been recognised with an Exeter Living Award for Best Clinic, is a nominee for Best Clinic South of England at the Aesthetic Awards 2025, and has been published in the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing. Anna is passionate about education and supporting the next generation of aesthetic practitioners.
Holly
We’re proud to introduce Holly, an experienced and highly skilled trainer at Devon and Cornwall Aesthetics Academy.
With over 12 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Emergency Medicine and 11 years in Medical Aesthetics, Holly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our academy. She began her aesthetics career in 2013 at a prestigious provider on Harley Street, London, earning her injectable qualifications in 2015 and achieving her prescribing qualification in 2018.
Alongside her role as a Specialist Emergency Nurse Practitioner within the NHS, Holly delivers expert aesthetic treatments at an award-winning clinic in Exeter. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, ensuring exceptional results while making clients feel safe, confident, and well cared for throughout their journey.
At Devon and Cornwall Aesthetics Academy, Holly shares her extensive expertise with aspiring aesthetic practitioners, helping them master the latest techniques in advanced injectable treatments. Her passion for education and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of our team.
Lucie
Lucie is a registered nurse of 8 years, specialising in Haematology and Oncology within the NHS. She began working within aesthetics in 2019 after training with the Devon and Cornwall Aesthetics Academy. Since then she has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and has continued her professional development through completing her Independent Nurse Prescribing.
Lucie loves to share her knowledge and experience with other professionals through teaching at Devon and Cornwall Aesthetics Academy.
Lucie works at two Aesthetic Clinics in the South West alongside her NHS and Academy training role.
